Simple, pretty clean, decent. I asked for a quiet room. I got a room where nobody changed the towels for 3 days, facing a small power plant, making some noise. No centralized AC in 2025 is a 2 star property. But it worked for a last minute booking, I just won’t come back. It was ok to visit Naples for a weekend, next time with more time to prepare, for that kind of money, I’ll get a nice air bnb.

"Naples Courtyard: Where Even the Staff Take a Nap!"

Last-minute booking for a 3-night stay. Hands down, the best asset of this hotel is the location: minutes from the beach, downtown, shopping, major highways — you name it. I was there over a busy holiday weekend, the place was packed, yet I never had trouble finding parking. Huge win. Now for the entertainment portion of my stay: I arrived to check in only to find the front desk agent asleep on the job — shoes off, catching some lobby Zzz’s. I guess customer service was dreaming too! 😂 Thankfully, management handled it, and on my last day, I met the lady assistant manager, who was incredibly kind and genuinely seemed to care. So, despite my hilarious check-in fiasco, I’m still giving this place a solid 4 out of 5. The staff (even when snoozing) is charming — it’s people like the lady assistant manager who make the difference. Heads up though: they definitely pull a bit of a bait and switch with housekeeping. I stayed 4 days/3 nights, and my room was cleaned only once—zero mention of this at booking, and nothing in the Bonvoy app either. Covid is over — daily service at a Courtyard should be the norm if that’s what I want. Just saying!
