The unfriendly staff was super bad at the reception desk when you arrived, they barely said good night. I don't like the service. In the room, the air conditioning wasn't cooling; the temperature on the thermostat said 69 degrees, and it turned off during the night, and it wasn't cold, but warm. They don't tell you that you have to leave a deposit when booking with Booking. Nowhere in the reservation does that information specify it. And the breakfast was super, with only two or three options, and you have to pay for it. I really won't return to this hotel. They need to improve their service.

This is a really nice property. Felt very welcome as we checked in. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bed was excellent! Location was about mile or so from downtown. The noise level was pretty low. Happy Hour was available. Would recommend highly.
