The property was perfect, the rooms are beautiful, the pool area is magnificent and the staff is simply amazing. The game drives were the highlight of our stay and we could not recommend this safari stay enough.

O lodge é lindo, com funcionários atenciosos e comida extremamente saborosa. Os game drives são um espetáculo à parte, com muita fauna para apreciar, incluindo muitos filhotes de diversas espécies, em meio a uma natureza perfeita.

Aproveitamos muito a nossa estadia! Infelizmente, as enchentes de janeiro afetaram a reserva, tornando grande parte dela inacessível. Apesar de termos feito oito game drives, só conseguimos avistar os elefantes no último dia. Não tivemos a sorte de ver o leão macho, mas com certeza voltaremos para tentar novamente.

The main lodge was comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The setting and views were gorgeous and the pool area really relaxing to chill around. Nice selection of local drinks on hand and the food was fresh and of a really high quality. Our room had a private deck with chairs, sun loungers and a plunge pool. The rooms were like local rondavel type accommodations. Decorated lovely and with an outside shower which was a nice touch. The reserve the lodge is in was fabulous - it had everything. The recent floods meant a large portion of the reserve was inaccessible but even so we saw so much. Our guide, Jannie, and our tracker Peace were a funny double act; knowledgeable, friendly and great company. Jannie knew the only Big Five I hadn’t managed to see was a leopard and so we went on the hunt and saw not just one, but three! Very, very special. There were many repeat visitors from all nationalities at the lodge when we were there and we will be one of those that return. Also, shout out to Ryme, Rudolf, Webster, Wisely and Chef Confide for looking after us and keeping our Chenin blanc topped up!

There was nothing that stood out for what we didn’t like. Our WiFi in our room was broken but it didn’t look anything do us and the WiFi in the main areas was spot on.

Merveilleux accueil, nous étions traitées comme de véritables princesses. La nourriture était excellente. Le guide du game drive très sympa, nous avons notamment vu des bébés lions et le mâle de la réserve, les seuls qui manquaient à notre liste après 4j de safari dans le Kruger. Le personnel est aux petits soins. C’est très convivial et les autres guests étaient tous très sympa, les repas se font sur de grandes tablées ce qui permet de rencontrer des personnes venant de partout dans le monde, génial pour rencontrer de nouvelles personnes/cultures, c’est très enrichissant. J’ai adoré mon séjour.

The staff were all wonderful, the accommodation was spacious and well appointed. The grounds were well kept, and the food was great. Our truck driver and spotter have us great experiences watching wildlife.

There were some power outages after heavy rains which didn’t bother us as they were efficiently dealt with.

Chris and Solly best game drivers!!! Loved them. The location was incredible. The views from the room were amazing. The staff was super nice. We got to see the Big 5, even though buffaloes were not part of the plan because that section was closed due to flooding. On our way to the airport, we managed to see them.
