Un peu moins la cuisine en tant que français nous sommes très exigeants

Staff friendliest and customer service was outstanding. Game drives were a great experience and the drivers had loads of knowledge The unlimited food and drink was totally unlimited The facilities were clean and the lodges clean and tidy The management and team will go out of their way to assist you. I had my wife's birthday and the team were brilliant in organizing a cake, sparkling wine and did an African dance and sang for which was amazing. The views from the lodge was breathtaking

Honeymoon suit 4 outdoor area could do with a bit of an upgrade but that's being slightly picky as everything else was amazing

The best overall safari experience in South Africa. Saw the entire big 5. Even saw some live kills and the ecosystem in place. The all inclusive option definitely keeps you calm. The hosts are excellent at what they do. Even had a boma barbaque on the last day to cap everything off and got into the pool for the sunny day. Definitely one for the books and highly recommended

Quando cheguei, o hotel estava com um problema de energia. Ficamos o primeiro dia inteiro e metade do segundo sem energia, o que é muito complicado, principalmente porque você não pode carregar celular e obviamente, fazendo Safari, você quer tirar fotos. Acho importante dizer que a funcionária me assegurou que isso nunca tinha acontecido antes e eles fizeram de tudo para compensar a situação, fizeram um jantar particular surpresa para mim, deixaram recados personalizados na cama e até deram uma garrafa de espumante. Eu me senti sim compensado pela situação

Wir hatten eine Honeymoon Suite /PS 1. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und schön im afrikanischen Stil eingerichtet. Sehr grosses Bad. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Als wir dort waren, gab es Gäste aus Australien, UK und USA , was sehr unterhaltsam war. Das Frühstück ist eher auf diese Gästegruppe ausgerichtet. Toll waren die Game Drives! Wir haben die Big Five gesehen und der Rancher gab uns viele Informationen. Während des Nachmittags Gamedrives gab es einen Stopp an einem See, oder an einer anderen schönen Stelle, an der wir die Möglichkeit hatten auszusteigen. Als «I Tüpfelchen» obendrauf gab es einen Sundowner.

Die Hotelanlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Aussenterrasse war sehr abgenutzt. Kaputter Sonnenschirm, ausgelegene Liegen und ein Whirlpool, der so heiß war, dass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Defekte WPC-Diele die hochstand und Lärmbelästigung durch den Whirlpool.
