Portica 10

Beautiful, welcoming, peaceful place in the heart of Assisi. The husband and wife proprietors renovated the building that is Portico 10. It’s on a Roman foundation. Rooms are magnificent. Breakfast was all home made - breads and pastries. The hotel captures the spirit of medieval Assisi with 21st century amenities.

Room was really nice, very clean, and modern decor. Wonderful owners, very friendly and accommodating. No elevator but was not an issue for me. Owners helped carry luggage. Great location in Assisi… halfway up the hill and located next to great shopping and easy to get to all the churches. If coming by train best to take a taxi for front door drop off. Owners provided me with the contact information for a local taxi driver. Great breakfast with homemade bake goods and eggs to order :)

Beautiful hotel. Everything was beautifully designed. Hot showers and the cold remains outside, not inside.

It is elegantly decorated and maintained by the owner. Carmine had been warm and caring for our needs. The terrace on the rooftop overlooks the town. You can enjoy fantastic sunset there. Breakfast is also great. We had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing property and hosts. Rooms were emaculately clean and property is perfectly located. Hosts were a pleasure and accomodated food allergies beyond our expectations.

The B and B is exceptional! Unbelievable! Best place we have stayed in during our trip ! The host carmines and Lea are wonderful and so talented in all they do ! Having renovated the space together ! So clean so modern and comfortable the breakfast was amazing all homemade cakes and jams very very good ! The area is hilly just be aware but what a holy and beautiful little town We will go back just to stay here again !

Carmine and Lia are warm and charming hosts. The hotel is immaculate and the beds are more comfortable than our own at home. It is located right in the center of town where all the sites and shopping are. Highly recommended.

Portica10 is a lovely modern B&B located very close to the Piazza del Comune and the tourist info centre. We stayed for two nights and found the facility extremely clean and comfortable. The owners Carmine and Leah were very pleasant to deal with and were very accomodating. Breakfast was excellent and featured Leah’s fresh baked scrumptious cakes and pastries. We would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Assisi
