We have traveled all over Europe, and have to say our experience at this hotel was first rate. The location is great, the decor is beautiful and well thought out, and best of all, the owners Carman and Lea were incredible hosts, taking care of every need and more. Highly recommend. We will stay again!

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Assisi. You can easily walk to all the sites. 5* room with very modern fittings and bathroom. Lovely breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and homemade bread and cakes. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We had car trouble and they helped us communicate with the workshop and sort things out. Thank you. We will recommend Portico 10 to everyone.

Incrível, o melhor hotel que nos hospedamos em Assisi. Bem localizado, muito limpo, pequeno, bem cuidado, os proprietários muito prestativos foi uma experiência maravilhosa!

Struttura nel pieno centro di Assisi, comoda per tutte le visite. Gestione familiare con grande cura dei dettagli. Disponibilità massima camere molto belle e curate. Colazione spettacolare, con prodotti fatti in casa. Se ritorniamo ad Assisi sicuramente torneremo.

Extraordinario

This small hotel, is actually one of most favorite stays.. ever! Assisi is so beautiful! If you go...stay here! The owners are not only professional but very kind, as well. It’s a very new and very clean property. Tastefully decorated with an old world charm, and all rooms, are smart rooms. Very nice breakfasts with homemade cakes. FIVE STARS, PLUS!

I was a little hesitant to book this B&B since we normally book 5 star accommodations and there was no star rating. I loved this hotel. I had booked the suite but after finding out it was three flights up with no elevator, we were moved to the first floor suite which was fantastic. The room was wonderful with old world charm, modern amenities, great location. I would give the room a five star rating!

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here’s. The location is superb.
