Spacious for two and beautiful view on Pico vulcano. We were able to check in early. Communication via Whatsapp with owner was very smooth.

Nothing, however it’s a building with two apartments. One above and one below. On booking this is not very clear. The dinner seating area outside is not very comfortable.

Very nice apartment with superb view on the Pico mountain, good bed and all the facilities you need. The best we had till now.

Coming back from the center is 15 minutes walking up the hill.

Modern apartment on the outskirts of Velas. The views from the terrace and the dining area towards Pico Island and Mountain are absolutely beautiful and arguably the highlight of this comfortable apartment. The bedrooms both have very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern and the dining area is very spacious. There is also a TV corner with a couch comfortable enough for a shorter time. The bathroom is modern and has a walk-in shower. Free parking is available on the street, usually in front of the house. A big supermarket is a 2-minute drive away, as is the town centre. The ferry port is about 5 minutes by car. Nice and easy contact with the people who rent out the apartment via WhatsApp. Self check-in.

Very little! One thing we could have done without is that especially the bedroom next to the at times busy street receives a lot of traffic noise. Trucks, quads, tuned cars and motorbikes in particular cause considerable noise in the morning, which you will hear! Consider bringing earplugs if this is a problem. The living-room section could look homelier, but that‘s just a suggestion. We hardly used it.

So clean! So attentive and kind! Could get responses quickly when messaged! Will be back!

Great place for two couples. Fantastic view. Excellent and very welcoming host. Before arrival, our key concern was if internet will be sufficient to do work video calls and it was all fine and worked very well.

Lovely modern spacious apartment with stupendous balcony overlooking the ocean. We were kindly picked up at the port and taken to the accommodation.
