Only thing we dont like is we have to ask for towels at the desk and return them for the pool. Just a unwanted hassle. And their starbucks only does hot drinks. Its already hot out and its nice to get a cold frappe or other. Love they have a mini store and security is a peace of mind. Rooms were nice just weird how they have the tv angled in the room from bed.

Ms. Christy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

I canceled the reservation as the property is undergoing renovation. The room was horrendous and there was dust and dirt throughout. The toilet seat was round yet the toilet base was oblong. Upon sitting the seat fell off. This place should not be rented.

I didnt like the fact we have to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels and than return them back to front desk afterwards. Such a hassle and still wet ofter the pool. Wish their starbucks did cold drinks too. Wish they did room service. I do love their security and clean rooms. And pool and hot tub was nice.

Pool towels were treated like gold and had to be returned pronto or you were charged. I don't like being in the main lobbey in a bathing suit returning some stupid towels. Also no complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Really? I would have expected more from a Marriot.

The pool was nice. Outside the room was nice. Having a coffee shop was nice.

Got to the room and there was ants crawling all over microwave area. The room we had the ac wasn't working properly so instead of moving us right away they told us to turn off thermostat at the wall. Needless to say I called desk back and no one answered. We called again around midnight and we relocated to another room after my 3 year old had fallen asleep. Pretty exhausted after that. Not all to happy about their response. They tried to give us 2 breakfast vouchers, but a discount on the room is what should have happened. By the time we got up after that crazy night we could only find one voucher and we're 4 minutes away from them closing the cafe down. Very disappointed. Also the lighting in the room was extremely bright.

I needed a last minute room and not only did they accommodate my family, they were so compacionate and understanding of our needs (my husband is on peritoneal dialysis) the room was so spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were EXACTLY what i wanted.

Clean and comfortable easy to get to staff was helpful
