"Sleep, Eat, Golf, Repeat"

Our group of 16 ladies recently booked a stay at the Courtyard by Marriott while on a golfing weekend. My communication started with Jay 4 months before our trip. He secured 8 rooms for us. He was very pleasant to work with. He was friendly and a great communicator. He gave us recommendations for golf and restaurants in the local area. Which all were very good, and we had a had a fantastic time! Upon check in we were greeted by Dre. He was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all our questions promptly and professionally. During the evenings we were taken care of by Steve & James. Again, friendly, helpful and professional. Both were very accommodating to us while we all were in the lobby playing cards. On the first morning, I went to the hotel's restaurant to get coffee for myself and my roommate. Liz was on duty and was very nice. In the evening, we had the pleasure of being served by Danielle, very friendly. All the staff at Courtyard by Marriott, Jackson were always on hand to help us and always with a smile. The hotel itself was very clean. It has a great outdoor patio with enough seating for large groups. There is a small restaurant which offers light meals for purchase. This hotel is easily accessible to local highways. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"It was in a nice central location."

Starbucks coffee in the morning and hot tub

Water pressure in the shower. Lack of towels in the pool room. Couldn’t switch rooms to something more accommodating, that was available, because of booking through booking.com.

"Bad Night"

Late night loud disturbances caused by restoration workers,apparently, in the hallway, created a terrible night. Front desk promised to “check it out” but it didn’t remedy the issue. After a discussion with the morning manager, we were compensated by 20 bucks off and a bag of chips! Ridiculous.

We stayed for 5 days and 2 of the days we didn't get any coffee for the room and we had to ask for towels. Other than that it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable.
