Fabulous experience from arrival to departure. Valet team is friendly and attentive, front desk helped us with a couple silly things like needing tape and screwdriver. They were a free minutes late cleaning our room and offered two free cocktails, what a trade! The veranda is one of my favorite places in Florida.

The Vinoy is a beautiful older hotel. The restaurants and bars are all great with exceptional service. The pool is large and the pool staff provided great service. Most all of our experiences at the Vinoy earn a 5 star review. One exception however! We booked a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights. We informed them that we would arrive early and asked them to please make a note of our early arrival. We are platinum elite, so we were hoping for a little extra attention (early check-in). We arrived about 2:00 and were told no rooms were available. Finally, at 4:00, we were notified our room was ready. Our suite was small and dark. No window in the living area and no balcony. The view from the small bedroom window was of a porch with a couple of chairs so didn't feel much privacy. We asked to be moved to a larger more open and airy suite, but none were available on any of the days we were there. I would give the room a 1 star and the same for the front desk staff. I doubt that we will stay at the Vinoy again for that reason.

Emillio was one of the best valet personnel i have ever dealt with. Very professional and thoughtful. Will definitely be back!

Falta de box no banheiro( a cortina do banheiro era de plástico e não um box de vidro e não ia até o chão ), molhava todo o banheiro após o banho. Achei abusivo cobrar US$50,00 por dia de estacionamento no hotel sendo hóspede também…

Just want to give a shout out to the valet parking crew especially Emilro! It’s rare to see a great review for parking, but the Vinoy valet parking experience was so positive. The entire staff was so kind and the experience enjoyable, despite 2 weddings, à gala and proms! Kudos and thanks to Emilro and the valet parking staff!
