Brand new, very clean and well equipped guest house with: nice terrace spacy dining room, kitchen, bed rooms Comfortable beds quiet and nice neighborhood spa (sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool) cost included

There was no option to purchase breakfast during first day. Restaurant shift supervisor rejected our group and made no attempt to support us with comment that "guest house is other company". This prevents me from 10 overall rating. After this event all went well.

"Not very nice for the price."

No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Did not receive any refund or discount for lack of hot water in room. Due to overcrowding in spa, noise both evenings from staff in restaurant, dirty curtains, dust on windowsills; we will not return to this "wellness" hotel nor recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in much nicer places for the same or a little less money. There must be something better in this area.
