Really nice place close to the train station, close to the historic centre and port area, everything you need is in walk distance We liked our apartment a lot, also it is super quiet in the night so we had amazing rest during the night which was important for us

Can’t think of anything that wasn’t good, really nice place

The bed and living room are not separated by doors. Its an open space concept. The photos did not show it. We had to cancel the booking due to this and called the reception right after checkin several times. They said its no problem to cancel the booking and that we will get a refund. But after 2 months I have still not received the refund. Even after contacting the agency several times through booking.com and direct email. It is super annoying and not customer friendly.

Precioso estudio cerca de la playa y zona de interés cultural. Muy cómodo, amplio moderno y limpio.

Escribimos y llamamos pidiendo plaza de parking que se ofrece en la descripción. Por teléfono nos dijeron que no tenían ningún parking del hotel/alojamiento y que aparcaramos a 10 minutos ( ibamos con maletas grandes y hay pendientes). El checkin fue confuso, rellenamos toda la info en el panel de la puerta y luego al entrar tuvimos que volver a dar toda la info, no es muy eficiente. Al cabo de varias semanas de regresar a casa, nos respondieron al mail con la petición de parking, indicando que sí tenían plazas de parking. La comunicación y claridad de la información debería mejorarse.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, amplio y moderno. Angélica, quien nos atendió, fue muy amable y atenta durante toda la estadía. Tuvimos una experiencia excelente y sin duda volveremos.
