"La Spezia was a cool and convenient place from which to launch adventures!"

The property was in a great location! I could walk from the train station. I could walk to the ferry and the waterfront park. I enjoyed the vibe of the pedestrian streets and plazas with all the shops and restaurants. The carousel was charming. So much fun!

Maybe because of the heat I didn’t go out on the balcony where the table is. I missed having a table inside. Also- the shower floor was very slippery when it got soapy maybe some shower treads or a mat would make it safer.

"It was a nice places to stay"

The view was great the location was awesome. The bed was comfortable, and everything was near by

it has a smell like bathroom when we enter the room it was better when we open the window, and also no clean up room service was provided in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the sing for it.

It was nasty the bed sheets. Small shower and all staff things (towels, blankets, etc) on the room

The updated bathroom facilities. Fridge, kettle in room. Microwave in hallway. Lift access to 3rd floor. Decent storage space. Affittacamere situated across from daily market. Short walk to main pedestrian street & food. Also easy to get to train station. About 10mins. Pleased I chose this property.

Outlook into the inner buildings area isn't appealing but I got what was advertised. Problem accessing key from lock box but host sorted out quickly. No toiletries.
