Nice location. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is really close to the station and the center of La Spezia. I recommend this place.

The room has a lot of space and nice balcony, everything is clean, bathroom is big enough, check in was easy, the host sent everything in detail before the check in date.

Nothing to complain about

Great location! Not too far from the train station, and an overall good base for a holiday. Wasn’t hard to stop by to reset during a day out. The AC was so nice, and the room was cozy. Our room had a balcony which was very lovely. It’s right next to the market selling fresh fruit which was also nice! Check-in and Check-out was easy, and it felt very safe.

It provided a fridge and microwave, but no dishes. If you wanted to have breakfast or leftovers, this made it quite difficult to eat them without buying paper dishes and utensils. It also wasn’t sound proof, but with a pair of ear plugs, not bad at all.

Great location as a base to visit Cinque Terre. Comfortable clean and close to the station

The cleaning team each morning outside the bedrooms are incredibly loud and disrespectful and wake every guest up

Mini fridge and air conditioner. Easy access. Good location and good instructions sent through bookings and Whatsapp.

Not so good sound isolation.

Location - close to town and felt like a safe place to walk at any time, bathroom, fridge, 'homely' touches/decor, cleanliness, elevator, air conditioning, communication with the host via booking.com and whatsapp was excellent. Check in and check out very easy

Bed and pillow wasn't the most comfortable

The most important thing: Feeling of insecurity. The fact that the key that opens the door to access the three apartments could be used to open any apartment indiscriminately left me feeling insecure. That's something they should correct. Secondly: On the first day, I asked them to check the television, as it wasn't working. They responded promptly through the Booking app, but they never resolved it.

The owner was amazing to us, really helpful and replied quickly. Everything was self done. The location is really good, close enough to the train station to go anywhere, like the Cinque Terre.

I think we got the worse room, unfortunately. It was smaller than most of the rooms in the pictures (ours is one of the pictures, so it's there if you wanna see). We got a mini fridge but it does a lot of noise so we unplugged it. But perhaps the worse was the fact that we could hear everything that went on the other adjacent rooms, very clearly... if you want to do anything with your partner there (if you know what I mean) you might want to do it silently... I would say it was good for a quick stop, but it might depend on the room you got. I would suggest the owner to have a different price for the smallest room, because most of the pictures show the other rooms so we got the wrong idea
