"If you say you’ll do something (comp the room) THEN DO IT!"

Bathroom and part of room flooded after hose behind toilet tank broke. Was told by staff Kaylee “too bad for you” was handed 20 towels to clean up myself, Kaylee stated I could use employee bathroom if needed. No more rooms available and plumber not available til the am. Kaylee offered to compensate the room. I agreed. When checking out, they declined compensation stating I booked online and nothing they can do. "Won’t stay here again."

Not clean. TV didn’t work in the first room we had and they told me I would have to pay more to move to a room with a working TV.

Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable

No elevator! No handicap rooms available. It was tough getting luggage up to the second floor.
