Standing at the front desk ringing the bell along with other people waiting to check in. About 4:30-5:00 on January 29th.

Staff were on our butts to get out. Checkout was 12pm. At 11:40 we got a knock on the door. At 11:55 we got a phone call. At 12 the whole team knocked on the door again as we were getting our things together about to leave. Extremely rude and rushed.
