Studios and Suites 4 Less Western Branch

Good hotel, good price. Room was comfy and clean. My stay was quiet and relaxing.

It was O.K. had 1 error but it was handled very well!!! we got in late and the room had not been cleaned.and the only one left. 1 bed felt softer than the other but I was the only one who thought that..

I appreciated the staff, as they was kind and courteous. But the room had wear and tear conditions. Such as the curtains. The shears was missing some hardware and the heavier curtains had torn hems. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken and the mirror had graffiti that was wiped down to eliminate messages.

it was wonderful wish i had the jacuzzi suite . they should put that option online

I didn't feel safe due to a guest issue banging and yelling in the hall way running back and fourth. I did a survey stating what happened and the front desk called me back with am attitude stating that the guest has been taken care of the Hotel is not like that and there is no issues. No apology at all, as of I was wrong so I felt reprimanded!! I"ll never come back or refer a friend. To top it off my boyfriend came back to look for his wallet they said he could not go in and no one even called me! Worse experience ever!

If you are single staying for one night is fine, but if you are with family then I do not recommend this hotel. This is not a family oriented hotel stay.

Price was reasonable. Room was was clean. Convenient location. Came in one evening, a police officer was hanging out behind counter and patrol car was parked out front letting his presence be known. Upon returning that night there were 5 patrol cars parked at front entrance. I inquired as to what was going on, was told nothing to be worried about, just making sure there are no drunk or unruly guest. That didn't make me feel any safer....

It was a business trip, my stay was ok/good... There was an odor when first entering my room every day, but I guess I got used to it after an hour, but it was an unpleasant stale odor. The bed wasnt very comfortable to sleep on and it would be nice if there was another heavy sheet in addition to the bedspread. I was working nights and sleeping during the day and I probably can't avoid this but it was very noisy with "management" knocking about chairs and I could hear everything.

One way in one way out not good at all. Look like they are doing work on the property but left it unfinished.
