Studios and Suites 4 Less Western Branch

I thought I was reserving a room for the "HAMPTON INN" which is what I put into the system (Expedia). My family lives down the road from this place which I never asked about the change, but because my reservation came up under Hampton Inn I was fine. Once I got there I was do surprised to exterior changes and the bullet proof protection at the front desk. Because I had no other choice I checked in. This place has become some type of long term living. DO NOT GO !! The only thing missing was a chalk line for a body in the room.

Terrific location with lots of shopping & dining nearby. Rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds. My only concern is that guests were smoking near the front entrance on benches provided by the hotel. This is not good for people with asthma or other breathing issues since second hand smoke can cause cancer.

Not bad, you get a little more than what you pay for...dated hotel but it's cool.

There were some sketchy people outside but at least the police were there. The hotel smelled like weed the first night. The door was damaged and the bed was so uncomfortable. There was only 2 pillows per bed which a lot of pillows is personal preference but it would be more comfortable. The staff only updated the key for one night even though i reserved for 2 days. They called for us to checkout when we had another day to go. They only provide 3 washcloths when I even reserved the room for 2 adults and 2 children! The location was close to where we needed to be and across the street from fast food.

The room was very clean. Hotel staff overall was nice. Nice location and for the most part very quiet.

For a over night stay not bad

every thing was good, the beds were extra firm though

I was disappointed that the cafe was closed my entire stay.

Close to everything, dated facilities but maintained. Friendly staff. Great value.
