They did not offer a complimentary breakfast. The area in which they used for the breakfast when it was under a different name was demolished and made the entrance look less appealing. The rooms were clean.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. However, the water pressure in the shower has been low each time I've stayed there. And I wish there were full size pillows. Otherwise it is a comfortable stay for the price you pay.

Stayed one week with 2 kids and 2 adults visiting family. Clean room, no funky smells, had all of the basics we needed. Staff and patrons were all very nice. Everything worked as it should. Will definitely stay again!

It was ok. Not the worst I've ever stayed in but not much better either... The room was out dated. The curtain in the shower would not stay up. There was dust caked on the vents. The room had signs of damages like holes in the walls and door warping that were poorly repaired and painted over. Room service never made our beds or cleaned our room or removed our trash over 3 days.... It was worth the price consider it was mearly a place to sleep. Would not stay again.

My stay was okay. The room was just old and outdated. The best part was the bathroom which was very nice. Otter guest were loud, children were loud, and the smell of smoke was extremely heavy.

Extremely disappointed with the property, staff and recommendation by Expedia. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights the property is patrolled by police for security reasons. The reception desk is behind bullet proof glass (that speaks volumes). This is NOT a family safe place at all! I am writing this review to help future families pre-book a safer location for the family. Saving a few dollars per night for a better weekly rate was not worth the risk and exposure to the clients welcomed at this establishment.
