The Old New Inn

Location to the village, we arrived on Sunday, the roast was the best we’ve had in a long time, complements to the chef’s. Breakfast was very good from hot English, with good choices, along side a good cold buffet. Our room was very clean, nice size bed and comfortable.

Breakfast selection was much more than adequate and service was quick. Location was great - right on the edge of the busiest part of the village - so convenient but not too noisy. The staff were great. In particular, Christine was a gem, she saved us a parking spot in the busy car park and was just so friendly in all our interactions.

Our room at the top of the building was hot but it was a very warm weekend and a Dyson fan was provided.

Very good for an inn, cozy rooms with great location plus car park right next to it! Great breakfast too!

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and spotless rooms. Complimentary access to the Model Village is included for guests, adding great value to the stay. Friendly staff. You can also leave your luggage if you arrived early.

I believe the same staff member was covering both the restaurant and reception, which occasionally resulted in a wait at check-in and check-out times. Having a dedicated receptionist during peak arrival and departure periods could help improve the guest experience. The staircase was also quite narrow and steep, which may be worth noting for guests with mobility concerns or large luggage.

This is a perfect location for exploring bourton on the water it’s right next door to the model village and bird world was just up the road. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, I had scrambled egg with smoked salmon on a muffin and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The staff were very polite and friendly, a credit to the hotel.

Not much that can be done about it but the road is very noisy and traffic starts early in the morning.

Very old and cozy house with great atmosphere. Good beds and the best shower! Excellent breakfast, lovely staff and the pub was also great - the garden was so nice in the sun.

It is an old house with steep stairs and old ceilings but I loved it all!

Stunning hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food choice and quality was exceptional. We enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast.
