"Great pub"

Was in Bourton for the day. Stopped for a couple of beers. Great range. Friendly staff and lovely beer garden. Food looked lovely. Would recommend.

"Bit too cramped for comfort."

The location was great. Loved breakfast & the breakfast room. Space!

I had to reserve a single room. When I arrived, there were no spaces to park in so the closest p Carpark was 1/8mile away. Had to pay to park there, then pull my bags all the way there thru a muddy walk. Would have been nice to have a place to unload the bags then discuss further pkg options. Too cramped a space. Narrow & steep staircase with bags.

Breakfast started at 8.30...which is quite late...I had to leave at 7.45..they did make me up a sandwich and some other bits instead... the bread for the sandwich was stale.

Breakfast time...very late start.

Very clean. Nice breakfast with great service. Comfortable bed. Very close to Bourton centre.

Corridors felt very basic and sparse. Room was quite small for the price. View of the carpark not very inspirational. Restaurant and checking in staff functional but not particularly friendly.

Lots of character and spotlessly clean. Room was well equipped.Good lighting. Luxury coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits+ fridge with water and fresh milk. Shower worked well. Nice toiletries. Chef Jason is superb. Supervisor(Kristina? from Moldova) was very welcoming and attentive at breakfast. Also, Kelsey in the restaurant. Wonderful dinner & breakfast. 10% discount for dinner if staying in the hotel.

Car parking not guaranteed as it's available for everyone visiting the area, not just the hotel. This wasn't stated on websites when I was searching for a hotel. Fortunately, we found a space. No lift & narrow twisty stairs to the 2nd floor, but we were offered help with luggage.

"Beautiful, perfect and can't wait to go back!"

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfect poached eggs. The room was amazing with a slipper bath and deluge shower. Beautiful decor, spacious room and very comfortable bed and bedding. The hotel was in a great location with parking and yet central to the village.

Could not fault it! It would be better if the food in the pub itself was more interesting as we ate elsewhere after looking at the menu, but that is just my taste and not a reflection on the food itself.
