The Old New Inn

Stayed here for two nights as a mini honeymoon trip! It’s been a fantastic stay with great amenities. The beds have been extremely comfy, lovely room with a mini fridge, safe, kettle etc. also getting the model village for free was a bonus and 10% off food at the restaurant. we decided to eat at the hotel, the food was amazing!! Highly recommend it, as a suprise for our honeymoon we were given a glass of champagne each, which we didn’t expect, the girl serving us (I think her name is Jess, she is new) was an absolute credit to the company, as well as the other servers who I didn’t get there name! We are excited to hopefully come back to this lovely hotel, restaurant and bar, thank you for making our stay so perfect

Booked a meal based on TripAdvisor reviews. Wish we hadn't bothered. Distinctly average. Mussels were gritty, chicken pie was waterery, however chips were lovely. Service was very slow. Over an hour to wait for a pie and chips in a half empty resturaunt. (Table next to us sent 1 meal back twice as it was cold both times, the other had a hair in it) avoid

The Hotel has been generously and carefully restored. Breakfast was superb. My room was beautifully clean and amply furnished. Both the lady hosting breakfast and the household department were superb.

There is only one problem with the Hotel but it is a big one - it is a very old building - almost certainly Listed so this may be something they cannot do anything about but there appears to be no noise insulation at all. It means you can hear everything from other rooms from conversations to the sounds of the internal extractor fan system. I was lucky that my fellow residents all went to bed early. If they had not, I would not have slept.

This is a perfect central location to explore the cotswolds and surrounding areas. Under 2 hours from Heathrow airport, beautiful and prestige. Highly recommend as your base when exploring. Highly recommend the New Old Inn for accommodations (their breakfast and Sunday roast are top notch)

We had an amazing stay at The Old New Inn! The Cotswold Suite was a beautiful room, the food was delicious and the staff were so incredibly helpful. They made our stay so lovely and we would love to visit again!

Staff were lovely and I loved the open fires upon arrival and in the bar. Room was as advertised - small, but no problem for 1 person. Spotless and comfortable.

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
