Facilities are good - met our modest expectations. It's not fancy but that's not what we needed and not what we were paying for. Location is a bit out of the busy part of town which suited us, though means you're likely walking up/down hills to get to restaurants. We were there for Corpus Christi festival which was very busy so quieter location was good.

Beware of small stairs down to some rooms after you've taken lift to your floor if you've got heavy luggage or wheelchair/pram access needs. Arrival by car/parking is complicated in Toledo so plan ahead. Staff projected a remote attitude in comparison with other hotels on our trip.

Position

No English speaking TV. It didn’t strike us as worth a “Fabulous” score. Our room was a bit shabby although clean and the bathroom was good although there was no bidet. We would have to think again about staying here.

El desayuno es excelente, fresco y variado, en especial el jugo de naranja natural recién exprimido. La ubicación a pocos pasos de Plaza Zocodover, donde se encuentran varias opciones para almorzar o cenar.

Nos ubicaron en el cuarto piso y fue muy incómodo tener que bajar gradas con maletas para llegar al mezannine donde se encontraba la habitación.

La habitación que había reservado, que era de nivel superior, era muy grande, con muy buenas vistas, limpia y un baño perfecto. Está en un buen lugar para visitar Toledo. Desayuno bien. Cama muy grande, perfecta.
