Close to multiple areas

Very disappointed in the lodgings. Room is very hot but they do offer a fan. Nothing dries, when asked if I could have other towels they have a 3 day rule, you can only change them after 3 days. Very important point, wifi does not work in the room. They were advised on Sunday and it wasn’t fixed by Wednesday. The closet smells musty so we didn’t put any clothes in it. I spoke with other people staying there and we had the same problems.

First got suspicious when 50% was asked to be transferred by card. Ended up enjoying the guest house. A bit far from the city center(approx. 30 minutes by walk). Really nice host and the facilities. Loved the experience. Recommended!

As janelas ao não terem estores, faz com que a luz nos acorde cedo, porque as cortinas apenas cortam a visibilidade e não a luz, acho que poderá ser uma melhoria futura.

Selbstverpflegung , nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum , Anlage sauber und ordentlich mit Pool. Vermieter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Great location with free parking and shops nearby. The owners were very friendly, gave us a map, and shared helpful local advice.

The only downside was that towels were changed only once during our 7-day stay, despite the high humidity in Ponta Delgada.

L'acceuil chaleureux de Maria et ses conseils, la cuisine impeccable très bien équipée, l'emplacement central sur l'île, la piscine bien entretenue.
