Staff educato e disponibile, siamo andati a Natale e ci hanno suggerito anche ristoranti aperti nei dintorni, dato indicazioni su come raggiungere il rifugio oltre il lago e accolto benissimo. Anche la spa ben servita, bellissima

Alloggiato in una Suite famigliare, stanza molto ampia, letti comodissimi. Molto belle le aree comuni, rifinite in legno che danno calore all'ambiente. Ottima e varia la colazione. Alloggiando durante la stagione sciistica ho apprezzato la ski room con accesso posteriore all'hotel.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, familiäre Atmosphäre, Ausstattung der Zimmer, kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Produkten von sehr hoher Qualität, Abendessen à la carte, sehr gute Produkte, sehr gutes Bett und Matratze, Zimmer mit Balkon, schöne Aussicht, es gab eine Geschenktasche mit heimischen Produkten, Kontaktaufnahme schon vor der Anreise

Das Bad hätte etwas moderner sein können.
