Freundliches, bemühtes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöne Lage, unweit zu den Skipisten.

Was die Küche angeht, sind wir in Südtirol eine liebevollere Küche gewohnt. Es war italienisch geprägt, keine feine südtiroler Küche, keine regionalen Produkte, Nachtische vermutlich gekauft. Beim Essen wird eine gewisse Unruhe und Heltik vermittelt. Kein Begrüßungssekt an Silvester. Badezimmer ist viel zu klein und ohne Ablageflächen, zu zweit nicht begehbar, Kosmetiktaschen haben wir dann im Zimmer untergebracht. Den Wellnessbereich in einem Familienhotel kann man nur alleine und nicht als Familie aufsuchen, weil Kinder unter 16 Jahren dort nicht zugelassen sind. In Anbetracht des hohen Preises (pro Nacht Eur 472 inkl. Halbpension für Ehepaar mit 6-jährigem Kind) eine Enttäuschung.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era grande,spaziosa ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La colazione ricca e varia e la posizione è eccezionale per visitare la zona circostante

Hotel accogliente, caldo, pulito, curato. Personale sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza o curiosità. Posizionato in un punto strategico, lontano dal caos ma con minimi spostamenti si possono raggiungere tutte le destinazioni turistiche di zona. Colazione abbondante e varia. Le terme sono stupende

Il ristorante andrebbe rivisto, non è allo stesso livello del resto dei servizi.

Personale gentile e premuroso , location strategica , pulizia eccellente, cibo molto buono sala welness accogliente.

Solo una piccola nota assolutamente personalissima riguardo la cena ,cibo molto buono però alcune portate sono arrivate più fredde che calde inoltre essendo gli ospiti in vacanza l'ideale sarebbe lasciare mangiare le persone con più calma, troppa velocità tra una portata e l'altra , il check-in un pò tardino ore 16.00. Nella sala welness più rigore per regole di utilizzo delle saune ,ci son statii ospiti che sono entrati con costume e senza appoggiare l'asciugamano e farsi la doccia prima .
