Location

Shabby in appearance, unclean. First room had an unmade bed. There were no accessories in the bathroom. Carpet stained. Windows dirty. Electric plugs unusable.

I was disappointed to be charged an additional $40 per day cleaning fee because I was traveling with my service dog. Ironically, the only item that needed to be changed was the duvet, which I specifically requested to be replaced. Despite my request, I was left sleeping with the same duvet for almost an entire week. I also left tips for housekeeping throughout my stay, yet the duvet was never changed. As someone traveling with a well-behaved service dog, I expected better service and a more reasonable approach to cleanliness and guest care.
