"Very convenient and met our expectations."

The location was fantastic and very close to everything in San Jose Downtown. Check in was easy and no other interaction was needed during the time there. It would be hard to find a better place to stay in.

There was complimentary coffee, however, in the morning, "the coffee machine broke" and the hotel could not provide a second solution. It is has to believe that the entire hotel only has ONE coffee machine. Also, Valet is a bit pricey!
