Hotel El Refugio

El hotel es muy limpio y los empleados amables, pero el aire acondicionado que suspuestamente tiene la avitacion no sirve y la avitacion es muy fria. Las tarifas que me dieron en Hotels.com no me la respetaron me cobraron losmprecios que tenian en el hotel y que no me podian dar el precio menor al que ellos tenian en sus habitaciones. No podian cobrarme menos dinero que alos demas clientes.

Un lugar cómodo y con buena vista, un poco deseo una nada porque en mis 4 días 3 noches solo una vez se realizó la limpieza

Its the second time we spend the night at this hotel, the first time the ac was not working and I asked front desk to please provide another key to a different room. Instead, they tried to do “maintenance” On the ac. When they figured it was really broken then they finally provided a different room. This past weekend we decided to stay at this hotel again because of the convenience of the distance from where we had to go the next day. The room was smelly and received the same poor customer service.

Awesome place to checkout the barrio if you want to meet authentic Mexicans and eat good family food!!!!!! The bars are insanely awesome with a cool vibe!!!! The workers are very helpful indeed !!! Much respect
