When you entered the room you were hit with a musty/moldy smell. The shower backed up when used and there were cockroaches under the bathroom sink

absolutely disgusting. we found 7 roaches in the span of the hour we got there. We immediately booked another room to get out of there. Don’t even think about booking a room here unless you’re a sewer rat.

was not told that room required was not available. and all down stairs was under construction. Had to take upstairs room and my friend had trouble getting up and down stairs.

Smoke detector was ALWAYS beeping every 5 minutes or so, microwave oven was rusted even on the inside, AC/heat unit will turn off after a few minutes from setting it and won't automatically turn on. Bath towel had a hole in the middle. Front desk was at another location (hotel/motel). The were roaches (baby) in the room. No table only 1 chair for a room with 2 queen beds.

It was within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg

Only one outlet in our hotel room worked. There was also a few bugs here and there we saw crawling around our hotel room floor

The room was not ready for us. The beds had no pillows, there was not microwave in the room and the water in the bathtub dripped all night

The floor of my room had blood spots all over it, no hot water, the tv remote didn't work plus the batteries looked like someone chewed on them, and they were bugs in the tub.
