Bishop Inn Downtown Gatlinburg

It was actually disgusting inside , do not stay here, save ur money and find somewhere worth it

Cleanliness

Safe and close to everything in Gatlinburg.

Nothing.

The location is horrible, the staff just say "up top" and point and you suppose to figure it out yourself. The main lobby is closed and you gotta check in at some other place. The room was musty and dirty. Beds uncomfortable. All I wanted was a bed for a night while driving through and what I got was shit.

Nothing

Everything. The floors were not swept, there were multiple dead bugs and a lot of dirt on the floor, there was black dirt and debris on the made bed. The door didn’t lock on the top. The chairs had stains so disgusting I couldn’t even think about sitting on them. The bathtub was very dirty, the caulking around it was broken and dirty, the wall was broken/tiles loose. The window had black “mold” looking stuff all over it- the bathroom door handle was broke. The people around us were gross there was stray shoes and wet clothes strung across the sidewalk walking to the room, there was a terrible odor in the room like it was stale and unclean. And the AC didn’t work.

The 1st room, the door would not lock. The 2nd room they gave us, the shower/tub would not drain.

Location was close enough to walk to most activities

Bathroom had unfinished wall. Tub had loose wall surround and signs of water damage. Refrigerator leaked water onto floor. Bed sheets had Mark's where they were burnt with an iron. Bed frames had a metal surround that made a horrible sound when you moved in the bed.

Everything was great! Location was great! Personel was great! Room was clean!
