"I really want a refund for the nasty hotel I had to stay In"

The walking distance to the the shops on the strip

My room was horrible it smelled like mold, the floors were dirty, the toilet was broke and wobbled when you sat down, my shower was dirty I had to clean it before I used it, my tv remote didn’t work it was just overall gross

"It was a last option or I never would have stayed there. The place was terrible."

Nice location in relation to the area. Short walk to Gatlinburg.

Hotel staff was sort and rude. The bathroom was disgusting. Tiles were cracked. Mold in corners. The bottom of the tub was black and nasty. Chairs were broken and outside trash and junk was piled up. Gross place.
