"The experience was beyond our expectations."

The owners of the property were amazing. They looked after every need we had. The attention to detail was top notch. The daily happy hour and drink of the day was a nice perk. The location was accessible to all the tourist spots and night life.

I can not think of anything we would change.

This place is amazing. Heather and Kevin are fantastic hosts. There are so many little things that mean a lot, from a bathroom with plenty of toiletries to a snacks and drinks station that's free. Laundry with detergent, chairs to take to the beach. I could go on but just go and see for yourself.

Perfect location. Great room. Excellent owners. Good price. The location is just off Duval and right in the middle of Duval making walking a great option. Our room was comfortable and had the small kitchen area which was nice. The owners are super nice and hospitable. The price does not include "sneaky fees" like so many other lodging choices in the Keys do. The Happy hour is a nice touch complete with a "shot of the day."

The hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Always checking on us. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day from the reception as well as a daily happy hour for guests to enjoy by the pool.

The mattresses were extremely soft. Like clouds that you sunk into. Personally we prefer some more support, but this was not something we complained about as I'm sure the mattresses were high quality and not something that could be changed just for us.

Great location, especially if you want to walk around old town. The property was very clean, private and all the guests and staff were very friendly!
