This is a cute place to stay. Very convenient and right in the center of many attractions. The hosts are really great and very helpful. The happy hour hosted by them is awesome and the drinks are amazing. I would love to go back to this place again.

Ideal location. Walking distance to Duvall St and all the attractions but far away enough to feel secluded when resting in the pool. Owners are the kindest and made us feel welcome immediately. The happy hour cocktails each night are a fun bonus!

Native roosters next door are loud bit part of the Keys culture so can’t be helped.

The host/staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our unique arrival needs. The property has a small private boutique hotel feel. The room is very cozy and the overall property is in a calm "Key West" decor style. The grounds and gardens were VERY beautiful. The pool and hot tub location are perfect. Having the hot tub warm the pool in cooler months is a must. A very nice option. Also, the properties trees and landscape provide the perfect amount of shade and sun over the pool. Oh and do not miss that they offer an i sane amount of amenities, breakfast, snacks, coffee, and a fun happy hour with a FULL bar with Kevin. Kevin greats you with a warm smile and by the time you check-out you feel like you have made a new friend. I can tell they put a lot of heart into making guests stay in Key West fun, comfortable and memorable.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Every detail was thought of and the owners are incredibly kind and are on site taking care of everything. Breakfast and the daily happy hour was great as was our room the pool and hot tub. The recommended activities and restaurants were also much appreciated. In a heartbeat we would book again!

We had the best time. Our family had two adults and two teens. The location steps from Duval was perfect. We stayed in Villa 1 which was a great size for our family. The hosts are wonderful too. We felt like guests in their home. We loved Happy Hour! We will be back.

We loved our stay at Key West Villas. The hosts are very welcoming and strive to meet any needs. The extras and friendliness is above and beyond anything we have experienced lately. It is a quiet retreat, yet right among the action. Thank you for making our 1st trip to the Keys a memorable vacation.
