Wakefield Inn & Restaurant

They provided my wife and I with breakfast to go as we had an early event to attend, much appreciated!!

The house is very unique and the food was excellent.

Vielen Dank an Wirtin u Wirt😃, uns hat der Aufenthalt, wenn auch nur für eine Nacht, sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist so richtig schön urig u gemütlich. Das Zimmer groß u noch gemütlicher😁 mit einem freundlichen Bad u allem was benötigt wird. Zu empfehlen ist das Frühstück, welches auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet u reichlich serviert wird u voll lecker war. Wir fühlten uns jedenfalls rund um wohl👍😃

Wonderful stay- only for one night unfortunately. Bed was so comfortable with super silky sheets. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely old inn, very cozy. Loved the sitting room.

Historic but door lock to our room was difficult to work on Tibbets room.

Nice place! Friendly people! Lots of hiking, bike trails, brewery’s and restaurants near by. Not to mention the inn has excellent food

We knew nothing about this place before arriving. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised. It is a traditional old country inn with all the charm and idiosyncrasy typical of these buildings Our room was spacious, decorated with antiques and a very comfortable king bed. (You should be aware there are no TVs--just a small library and collection of games.) We were greeted by co-owner Christina, who is also chef at the in-house restaurant. Unfortunately for us, we were not able to have dinner there because the restaurant is only open Thursday through Sunday. However, if the food she prepared for us at the free breakfast is any indication, we might well come back for a dinner at another time
