スタッフが丁寧だった。

当たり前だが周りはビルばかり。

環境乾淨，服務人員態度都很和善，旁邊也有超商，地點離捷運站也算行走範圍。

It is near to the Tōfuku-ji Temple station and you can escape from the touristy of the Kyoto station. The apartment is a bit crammed but it is tidy and clean. The environment is quiet and you can explore the local people lives.

The unit I stay has no serrated knife and the cutlery is not enough.e.g. no colander, ladle, peeler... only provide fork, knife and chopsticks. And also there is no condiments at all.

Situé à 15 mn de la gare, dans une ruelle calme. Chambre pour 3, avec cuisine, machine à laver et balcon. Lits super confortable. Le lieu est moderne et très bien équipé. Je remercie le staff pour sa gentillesse et votre aide pour réserver un restaurant où nous souhaitions manger.

We truly loved this accommodation and we felt very well there. The apartment is located in a quiet zone, close to a Lawson Supermarket and to the public transport. It has all necessary items for a stay. The staff was kind. Therefore, we recommend the Family Inn Kei to all persons wanting to visit Kyoto.

立地も良く、ホテルもとても綺麗でした。スタッフの方のサービスやコミュニケーションも素晴らしく、荷物を預かっていただけたのも大変助かりました。少し早めに到着しましたが、柔軟に対応してくださり感動しています。またぜひ利用したいと思います。
