1.位置在車站5分鐘的距離，十分方便！ 2.往路口走2分鐘有便利商店，附近也有居酒屋和家庭餐廳。 3.房間很寬敞、舒服！ 總結：整體來說我覺得物超所值，下次到京都還會再來住這裡！

1.暖氣遙控器好像壞掉，不能用 2.位置在巷子內，晚上偏暗，建議女性不要單獨外出

Staff were amazing! Our son injured his ankle while touring and they very kindly rented a wheel chair on our behalf. We will be forever grateful for their timely and obliging assistance. As for the hotel / rooms: they are lovely "Japanese modern", well equipped, and spotless. Bonus points for the elevator! Location is a 5-ish min. walk to the metro. A quick jump to Kyoto station and, as someone else noted, "a straight shot to Nara". (We didn't check and had to transfer on the way there, but not on the way back). The area is quiet and authentic. It was nice to head "home", away from the tourist bustle! We could easily have paid twice as much, for half as much space, in another location. So glad we didn't! We would stay at Family Inn Kai again in a heartbeat, should we be lucky enough to visit Kyoto again.

Très bon emplacement, assez proche de la gare à pied, même si le quartier est calme il est possible de revenir à la gare pour dîner. Le personnel est sympathique et à disposition. Il a été possible de laisser nos bagages à l'accueil. Les échanges en anglais se passent bien.

Propreté. Qualité de la literie er accueil parfait. Bon emplacement pour visiter Kyoto.

京都全体に言えることだと思うが、宿泊費が上がっているためか、他の地域より料金にお得感がない。
