The name of the hotel and price , however it doesn’t match the quality that’s why the price is questionably low.

No WiFi at all at the corridor of room 300+. We are not the only one complaining. The sink water is hard to adjust temperature, there’s water left over in the kettle which was not cleaned properly!

Good breakfast in pleasant restaurant. Good dinner with excellent waiters. Air conditioning much appreciated in hot weather.

No lift. Our room was on 2nd floor as we had asked to avoid being near dog friendly rooms. Seems that they prioritise dogs over paying guests. Access by narrow steep staircase. House keeping poor. No water in the room and we had to wait a long time for it. We came back to the room in the middle of our 2nd day to find the room unserviced . Again a long wait for towels, loo paper and water which we had to request twice. So while there were some good points our overall score is fair only.
