"Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel."

I wanted an omelette, it was an extra charge. Our tariff included breakfast and dinner. My fish and chip dinner went back the first night as it was inedible. My wife's vegetarian mushroom pie had soggy pastry. The food and service wasn't worthy of a 4 star rating!

Food and service. Because of a poor dinner we were offered a complimentary bottle of wine for the second night. On the second night we were told only a glass of wine was available! Doesn't make good reading does it!

Bedroom was deeply average bordering on awful for the money. No lifts and toilet was left dirty.
