Excellent hotel for a birthday celebration, the restaurant food was amazing and breakfast extremely enjoyable.

Glad of the aircon. Comfortable bed and good quality towels and linen. Friendly reception, pool, restaurant staff. Clean swimming pool. Good food choices.

There didn't seem to be many menu cards available to choose the evening meal.

Great location. Breakfast was spot on - plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly. Good amenities availble - pool, saun, gym.

Location and facilities

Table booked for 8pm in the restaurant by reception, go through to restaurant to be told no booking… did offer same menu but in bar this was ok, go to bar 20 odd minutes later finally got served but only due to going to reception to ask if we where booked in.. who said yes we were… restraunt and reception on the same booking system!! So that didn’t make sense. Had food once we’d eliminated what was left on the menu!! Offered complimentary drinks vouchers, finish food we were never asked if we wanted puddings or any further drinks… we then stopped someone to order drinks (to late then for puddings) with the vouchers to be then told you can only have draft beer, glass of wine or pop, no shorts, not ideal if you don’t drink beers or wine!! On a positive spoke to reception in the morning who refunded our evening meals without hesitation and apologised for the poor service. Hotel room was clean, tidy, spacious good location I’d stay again but eat elsewhere.

Lovely receptionist, 1st class greeting. Restaurant food was delicious. .Just totally good service throughout hotel. Thankyou.
