"Convenient and comfortable"

Staff were excellent… spacious clean hotel. Food was good.

The grounds looked rather unkept … the lake was very dirty.

"Nice hotel, needs a bit of TLC"

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Decent facilities on site.

NO LIFT (my wife struggles with stairs following a heart op), no freshly cooked cookies on Arrival and we werent asked about our stay on check out. Room was absolutely tiny. If i had brought a cat i wouldnt have been able to swing it in the bedroom ! Room was 103 and the bathroom is creeky AF although it was clean. Unfortunately the person in the room above us was a very loud snorer which affected our sleep but that wasnt the hotels fault. Parking on site £5 overnight. Wifi is ok.

The Staff were so so lovely. so helpful on arrival and just generally kind and always happy to help.

The Building was SO dated.... the carpets were so dirty in the corridor. There was a dental tooth pick on the carpet for days. The breakfast was basic and in a really weird dreary room. The gym was good but the pool was SO run down, steam room not working, generally very unclean. the AC unit let out an absolutely awful smell. Really wasn't a great hotel :(

"Bad experience"

The entrance and the main building

The breakfast had no taste. A waiter who warns rudely the guest of not using the bread in a toaster which wasn't marked for glutenfree only. The noise (from the pub) from outside room 218 and the small shower where you can't even turn around. The long way from entrance to the room with luggage without any help. Had a feeling of being put into the corner (under the roof) of the hotel. We expected a lot more for the price and especially of a hotel which carries the name "Hilton"! Very disappointing stay of our last day of our holiday!!!

Great location, very accessible for Cotswolds. Lovely pool and gym area.

Only issue we had was our bins not being emptied (despite being full with nappies). Otherwise was a great stay.

Good location and a large bedroom with comfortable beds. Very nice toiletries.
