"Excellents in all respects and the food and the celebration lunch was excellent and the staff"

Breakfast was very good, my only disappointment was no black pudding. Room was very good and two chairs, it was quiet inside and out bed was very comfortable

Nothing really and it was good to be able to walk out of a door with heavy case and a short walk to car.

"Left 2 days early as found the room too appressive."

Location , communal areas and grounds

View from window was a plant area containing air conditioning units which were noisy throughout the night . Not acceptable at the premium charged.
