very affordable - yet expected more based on the pictures Host gave our room to someone else despite our clear communication that we will have to do late check-in based on plane arrival, so we had to wait quite some time until they rectified the situation without any compensation

room very basic, furniture not matching and uncomfortable, only a fan that didn‘t help, didn‘t feel clean at all and on top very noisy: next to a busy street with dogs barking every time a car passed by

We loved that the place was surrounded by nature and there were some lovely little dogs and cats around. It’s up the mountain but it’s still easy to get around as there’s a bus stop next to it. The owner was nice and helpful and he offered us some papaya when we arrived and quickly responded to our requests.

The cleanliness could be improved but it’s still good value for money

Complicate to park

The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. The car was one of the dirtiest cars I have seen in my life!!! Even the ceiling of the car was very dirty, I said to him, he did not even reply! The house is on a hill, a long way from everywhere. When we arrived, there was the host, she even not said Hello or Welcome! She only said your room is upstairs! No one helped to carry our luggage again. The room was horrible and disgusting!! Very dirty!! I asked the bath room to clean again, one man came complaining why we asked it for and said it is clean! He then started to scrub the lavatory with only sponge, without detergant! The bathroom was like from 1900's, sooooo old. The sheets had a lot of dirt and hair on them, the house has a common kitchen and believe me no one does not want to cook there! The house is a mess!! We did not feel safe at all in the place at all and left immeadiately even we had paid cash unfortunately! Do not pay before seeing the place! Then we called a taxi and nobody knows here, we waited a long time for it. The taxi driver suggested a clean place to us, it was just on the lovely beach, it was very nice and neat and cheaper! So the host should not claim that it is cheap and you can not ask for more confort!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, room/‚villa‘ with own washing machine, the bus stop is at 200m distance from the place.

Not recommend if you prefer privacy (my room/‚villa‘ had windows and entrance door right beside the owner’s parking lot, so you hear people coming/going etc.) - basically you live with the family. 2km or so to the next store.
