"it was my worse stay at a hotel in my entire life and i am 53 years old and stayed at a few hotels."

there was nothing that i liked at this hotel

the hotel was filthy and the room smelt like pot. no coffee maker and the faucet in the bathtub was bent and you could not get into the office to deal with the people running the hotel. also had power cut off to my room for about 1 hour so they could work on the room next to me but yet they never even notified me or ask if they can cut power off to my room. The room was so bad i left 1 day early and they would not refund my last day.

I like the staff at the front desk

I didn’t like how people were outside yelling wow me and my boyfriend was trying to sleep, but besides that it was perfect.  Also, I wish that the Wi-Fi was better and that there were more outlets or at least long surge protectors because it was hard for me and my boyfriend to charge our phone when one phone is across the room and the other is right beside us that could be a lot better. Also, the lamp outlet didn’t work so I had to use the one in the wall. My boyfriend was unable to even charge his phone.

"I hated every second wasted on the place."

Worst hotel in Gaston county. Staff was disrespectful. The room flooded from the roof, and you could smell and see the mold.

Disgusted with everything. The place, staff, location. Would never recommend to the homeless.

"It was amazing me and my boyfriend had fun. We always choose this hotel. We are hoping to be back this coming weekend."

I liked how checking it was very easy and the staff that was on. He was absolutely amazing.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t swept as I was plugging up my charger behind the bed it was cigarettes and bugs on the floor as if it wasn’t swept in there cleanliness could’ve been better
