I asked for a non-smoking room and it was supremely impregnated with the smell of cigarettes throughout the room and also very dirty and neglected.

Well to start you can't go in the lobby to check in its thru a window so they take you card and ID and walk away. The rooms was ok there was cigarette burn holes in the sheets and the handle to turn on the shower had a huge hole we had to shove a washcloth behind it to keep it from probably falling out the wall.. the check out process was probably the worse the lady that was working was beyond rude. I use a nicotine vape and I hit it walking up too the window and she screams at me NO SMOKING AT THE WINDOW. Keep in mind she is like 500 ft from the window and she is INSIDE THE BUILDING while I'm outside.. anyways she's still going on that I'm smoking and refused too come too the window too check me out so as I'm rushing too get too a FUNERAL on time she is holding me up because she swears I'm smoking outside at the window.. 🤔 Finally after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with her she opens the little window and snatches the room key and tells me I need too leave and refused too give me any paperwork confirming that I checked out.! Oh & I was in a SMOKING room even tho I don't smoke just booked for 2 beds and thats what I got!!! Anyways the rooms are only $79 so I guess in this case I definitely got what I paid for with the room and the staff!!!!!!!!!
