The hosts couldn’t have done more for me and my cousin. Wow. They were so accommodating so friendly the best. Break fast was good and rooms were comfortable thanks so much u til next time!!!

厠所太小。電風扇壞了，冷氣不夠冷，早餐太簡單（只有2片土司+ 2個蛋+ 3片小黄瓜+ 1杯咖啡），沒有電梯。淋浴水太小，要洗很久

The location is pretty central but the street is a bit unpleasant especially during the night Lots of floors and no elevator First hotel in Vietnam but from what I’ve seen it could be cheaper

Hien est très gentille et serviable. Elle conseille sur ́les activités à faire et sur les adresses où manger. L'hôtel est à 10 mn du centre et est très calme. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et propre. Très bon séjour. Je recommande 💙

Très bon séjour

Hien was very helpful and friendly, and booked several trips for us. The hotel is very well placed for getting into the Old Town, and because it's down a small alleyway it was quiet and peaceful. Our room was cool and comfortable, with a very good bed.

No kettle. We didn't expect or ask for one, and it was only a mild inconvenience. Towels were a little thin, but we didn't need to ask for replacements. Lighting was a bit bright, no bedside lamp.
