"An absolute gem!!"

The pub was set in a beautiful rural location which meant that it was very quiet and peaceful. The room I had was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The host was welcoming and the food was excellent. I would recommend the Red Lion and would not hesitate to book again.

Nothing to dislike - it was perfect for my stay.

Generally okay.

Was told in no uncertain terms that Breakfast was in the Room.A "continental" breakfast.Not impressed or what I expected.. "read the small print" I guess.. not always possible when rushing around to find a decent looking place.Second time this has happened. Booking.com please don't bother with this carrot..not a UK thing..
