Fairfield Inn & Suites Bismarck North

The manager when I called was helpful. Otherwise nothing.

The receptionist when we got there was absolutely clueless. We booked a room on booking and then when we got there, they could not find it and made us pay for another room. The receptionist also gave us key cards that did not work and when I requested new ones, he did not give me any new ones so we had no key to our room. We just got escorted there by him. The rooms were less than mediocre. The price was ridiculous for what we got.

Cleanliness of building. It didn't smell bad in hallways. Room was clean. The free snacks and coffee bar was lovely and a surprise. I've never seen that at other hotels.

The lobby was a little tight but wasn't that big a deal.

We were very disappointed the pool and hot tub were not available. If we had known we would’ve chosen another hotel. The breakfast was good but bacon was so thin you could see through it. We were not told the room would not be cleaned on our two night stay. If so we would’ve rationed coffee and towels.
