Fairfield Inn & Suites Bismarck North

The bathroom had hair on the floor the day we checked in. The shower had pieces missing out the tile, and from a distance it looks like dirt

Didnt like the fact their pool was cloaed

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from arrival to check out. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The room was ok. The bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the best. Found hair from previous occupant.

The location is convenient. Other than that, things go downhill fast. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that is starting to show. Shower drains slowly, bathroom electrical plug didn't work, carpets were frayed and worn thin, outside landscaping neglected, and more. This is a poor reflection on the Fairfield brand. We're unlikely to stay here again.

It was ok for one night. The air conditioning in our room did not work consistently and was very loud when it ran but then too quiet when it shut off so kept waking everyone up at night.

The lady at the front desk was professional polite she made the stay perfect

Staff and cleanliness were great but facility could use an update e.g. pool needing repair
