"It was O.K. but the facility could use some updates and sprucing up."

Refrigerator did not work in room 221.

It seems the pool in this facility has been out or order or not usable for a long time. Last time we stayed few times it has been down also.

"Don’t come for the pool"

Was an ok place to stay. Nothing out of the ordinary or super special. Was super disappointed that there pool was closed off as I usually book a place just for the hot tub, but was told that if we wanted we could go to there chain near by and use the pool. Unfortunately they forgot to inform us that there hot tub was not working either. The gal working the front desk at check in was friendly, but the guy working the next morning was not and kind of rude. Beds were fine but could have been a little softer for my liking.

"Pleasant quiet stay"

Clean and friendly staff. At check in I was informed there was not a reservation for me. Front desk staff said that was Expedia’s problem. Luckily they had a room available. I will be calling Expedia regarding this.
